iPhone iTunes Video Store is coming?

Apple will add videos and movies to the mobile iTunes store. DigitalDaily caught a quick peak of the possible new iTunes Video Store service for iPhone and iPod touch (now disabled). Luckily a user got a few screenshots of what will come (below). While Movies would be nice on an iPhone, they’d be very cool on a Mediapad or Mac Tablet. But Will AT&T allow you to download movies and TV Shows over 3G? I don’t think so…
Definately the downloads will be made through a WiFi connection but I think this could be a really great addition. Say you are on holiday and new film comes out you want to rent, just find a WiFi source and enjoy!
Also where have these pictures come from? From the beta build 3.0??
